This hotel is a gem! The value for money is unbeatable. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed - a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and cozy tatami mats. The hotel is nestled in a lovely residential area on the hill and the mountain views from our room were breathtaking. Breakfast was delicious and there were so many options to choose from. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
Honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel. Our stay was fantastic from start to finish.

We had a fantastic stay at a traditional Japanese ryokan with comfortable futon mattresses. The onsen was a good bonus after a day of skiing. The manager was helpful, even assisting with microwaving our store-bought food. The peaceful and authentic atmosphere made our stay nice. highly recommended!

The rooms were outdated and not very spacious. The private bathrooms were not well-maintained and could have been cleaner.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was incredible. the staff were so friendly and helpful, they made me feel at home. the breakfast was delicious, offering both traditional and western options. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to local markets. the views from the hotel were breathtaking, especially when covered in snow.
There were a couple of things that could be improved. the room did get a little chilly at times, but the heater kept me warm.
